About The Second Coming
Table of Contents
The Second Coming, also called Orange and TSC, is the main protagonist of the Animator vs. Animation franchise since his debut in the fourth instalment, along with the Fighting Stick Figures.
The Second Coming is an orange artificial stick figure who was created by noogai3 on October 2nd, 2014, three years after The Chosen One and The Dark Lord destroyed his old computer. When grouped together alongside the Fighting Stick Figures and with him as the leader, the five of them are known as the Stick Gang.
Immediately following his creation, he entered the Sticksfight website where he met his new friends, the Fighting Stick Figures, and instantly bonded with the four Internet stick figures. However, they were then discovered by noogai3, who began deleting them one by one to prevent the past from being repeated until only The Second Coming remained. However, the attempts to delete him all failed, and in retribution for his friends' deletion, The Second Coming began destroying his social life, computer, and phone until the two came to an understanding after noogai3 brought his friends back by refreshing their website.
After years of helping noogai3 to animate and playing with his friends, he and others were attacked by a virus sent forth by The Dark Lord to destroy noogai3's computer but were saved by his predecessor, The Chosen One, who arrived in time to stop the creature. Amazed by The Chosen One's powers and curious as to what brought him to their home, The Second Coming and friends followed him back to the Outernet where they witnessed him fight against The Dark Lord who used his enhanced virus powers and army of ViraBots to overpower his nemesis.
Horrified to see his predecessor backed into a corner, The Second Coming rushed out to help him but was far too outclassed by The Dark Lord and could only witness Red, Blue, Green and Yellow be deleted one-by-one before being viciously beaten and slashed by the Vira-Blades. This beatdown and the intense emotional trauma of witnessing his friends' demise awoke something dormant within The Second Coming and allowed The Second Coming to access his hidden powers which allowed him to decimate The Dark Lord effortlessly and blast him away with a hyper-powerful green laser beam before using this power to unknowingly restore his friends' codes and returns with them to noogai3's computer as they bid farewell to The Chosen One.
Several years after The Dark Lord's defeat, The Chosen One returns to Alan's computer once again, but this time seeks The Second Coming's help after being weakened by a team of Mercenaries with strange, glitch-powered weapons that are hunting him for an unknown organization. Unfortunately, The Second Coming seems to not remember his powers being awakened, but is taken back with him to the Outernet once again where he finds the Mercenaries hunting for them, and upon seeing The Chosen One become further corrupted by their glitchy weapons, uses the Pencil Tool he borrowed from Alan to create drawings to fight back against the Mercenaries, but they prove to be skilled enough to defeat these creations and The Second Coming is forced to face off with their leader, Agent, who uses his technological skills to outmanoeuvre and capture both of them.
The Second Coming and The Chosen One are both taken to the mysterious organization's headquarters where the former is locked up in a jail cell while the latter, still frozen, is placed inside of a white observation room while the scientists take the Pencil Tool to be tested. Unknown to them, the organization is being led by someone with whom they unknowingly share a relation to: noogai3's original stick figure and The Chosen One's own predecessor, victim.
Appearance
The Second Coming is a child-like orange artificial stick figure of average height. Originally, his body length was equal to that of the Fighting Stick Figures in Animator vs. Animation 4, but was later shortened due to his hollow head making him appear larger than them in order to compensate for their size and render them equal height. His official hex code is #FF6600 as stated by series creator Alan Becker in a Discord message.
Once his dormant powers awoke, he gained a swarm of green glowing wisps around him, the ability to use electro kinesis as a boost, and matching "eyes" when he charged his ultra laser beam, similar to how The Chosen One does with his red eyes after charging his laser vision or when The Dark Lord gained black eyes due to his Wristband of Power enhancing his powers greatly.
Personality
The Second Coming is described as a “clumsy leader” by Becker during a Q&A livestream, and an "all-rounder who fights by drawing objects with the pencil tool" in the game Animation VERSUS.
Unlike his two predecessors and more so like victim, The Second Coming was not violent upon his creation, although mischievous, as he was eager to begin roaming noogai3's computer as well as sneaky, due to him making noogai3 believe that he was inanimate whenever he was watching. He also loves fighting as a sport, displaying an inability to stand still and how excited it was to fight the Fighting Stick Figures upon seeing them fighting each other on their home website, yet does not have a lust for power shared by his predecessors and enjoys the simple things in life.
The Second Coming also wants to have friends to socialize with, unlike The Chosen One who initially fought for himself and his own personal freedom when he was created, showing a far more innocent and happier character than the other stick figures created by noogai3. When his friends were originally deleted by noogai3 after he discovered them messing with his computer, The Second Coming very quickly took to rage similar to his predecessor and began messing up noogai3's life in retribution for his lost friends. Even more, when he witnessed his friends' deletion at the hands of The Dark Lord, The Chosen One getting overwhelmed by the ViraBots, and was brutalized by the evil stick figure, The Second Coming accessed his latent powers to enact revenge upon his friends' killer.
He has shown great courage, jumping in to help The Chosen One against the enhanced Dark Lord despite knowing of the massive gap in their strengths, as well as humility and gratitude due to bowing down to The Chosen One after he saved them from a ViraBot that almost succeeded in terminating him and his friends if not for the former's arrival. His bravery is shown even further, since he seems to be scared of danger sometimes. He is shown to be afraid of danger when he is scared of going on Yellow's roller coaster in "The Roller Coaster" after inspecting it, being scared of fighting when The Chosen One wanted him to go against the Mercenaries in "Wanted", and the many times that he does not want to go on certain adventures because of the danger such activities would have on him and his friends (although, sometimes he lets his friends do adventuring while he relaxes). The Second Coming would rather choose anything calm and safe then go into situations that are scary and unknown, unless people he cares about are in danger. He seems to push this safety onto his friends in hopes of protecting them.
Despite his protective nature of his friends, he has shown to be capable of empathy and forgiveness even to those who harm him, such as when Purple attacked his friends inside League of Legends by messing with the game's code. After seeing the purple stick figure upset by his loss, he allowed them his spot on the team while he took Purple's place as the opposing team to heal his sorrow. This is further emphasized when after stopping the destruction of Minecraft, The Second Coming returns to the Nether to see everything returned to how it was thanks to Purple managing to get through to King Orange and make him realize the full gravity of his actions. As King allows his wrath to subside, dropping to one knee, removing his crown, and asking for forgiveness, he is met with The Second Coming simply shaking his hand upon realizing that all was well and that there was no need for further conflict.
Overall, The Second Coming is courageous, yet cautious and protective. He is also quick to forgive and make friends but also has a lesser shown mischievous streak and a bit of a temper at times. At heart, he cares deeply for his friends and his greatest desire is to keep them safe, and he enjoys few things more than spending time with them.
Powers & Abilities
Originally not as powerful as The Chosen One or The Dark Lord, The Second Coming was more similar to victim in his creative fighting style.
Regardless, he is still a capable fighter who was able to contend with the Fighting Stick Figures and beat them one-on-four in a sparring match, despite their natural affinity towards fighting. For years, he was content with fighting with his four friends and instead made use of his energy towards helping Alan to animate better.
It wasn't until he witnessed the Fighting Stick Figures be deleted by The Dark Lord and The Chosen One getting defeated by the ViraBots, followed by The Second Coming viciously getting beaten and gashed by The Dark Lord's Vira-Blades that the Second Coming accessed his true potential for the first time and was able to effortlessly decimate The Dark Lord and his ViraBots even with his powers enhanced, something that both Alan and The Chosen One were unable to do even when they teamed up against the evil stick figure.
While the exact nature of these awakened powers is unclear, his powers bear striking visual resemblance to the green energy that surrounds stick figures as they are sent to and spawned into the Outernet, as seen in Animator vs. Animation 11. Also in that same episode, on a poster in the background, this energy is referred to as Green Life Particles.

Trivia
Despite commonly being referred to as The Second Coming by fans, the name "The Second Coming" has only appeared once in the series in comparison to being called "Orange" by Green in the Influencer Arc, the descriptions of various videos, and even Alan himself in reaction videos.
Given how much he's referred to as Orange within the various canon material, "The Second Coming" could be considered an arguably less canon name than Orange.
The name "The Second Coming" refers to the fact that he is the direct successor to The Chosen One; in fact, his file description in Animator vs. Animation 4 is "The Chosen One's Return."
Green is shown to have the closest bond with The Second Coming, as he was the only one who helped him fight against YouTube itself while Red, Blue, and Yellow were busy getting popcorn, and how he broke down sobbing when they were separated from The Second Coming after going through a series of Nether portals despite The Second Coming's insistence of returning home.
The Second Coming and Green have matching sunglasses with each other's colors. The Second Coming's glasses were shown in SkyBlock and Animation vs. Trash, and Green's glasses are shown in A Special Song and on the Green Stick Figure channel in Vlog through Minecraft and future uploads.
The Second Coming is almost as good, if not better than Green at playing music on note blocks.
It is unknown about The Second Coming's general knowledge of Minecraft; yet he is great at music, Redstone, (after being taught by Yellow), and most specifically, crafting.
He's often named "Orange" by Alan through descriptions and most of the time is referred to as Orange in reaction videos.[9]
It is revealed in Green's videos on YouTube that Green and the other Fighting Stick Figures refer him as "Orange" instead of "The Second Coming."[10]
He is the third stick figure that has superpowers, which he used to defeat The Dark Lord in Animator vs. Animation Season 2.
The Second Coming is the most powerful character in the Animator vs. Animation franchise, since displaying his dormant powers. However, he can't access them willingly, thus meaning that he is usually at the same level as the Fighting Stick Figures, albeit more skilled than them.
The Second Coming and his friends also make a short cameo in Gildedguy's video called "Gildedguy & the Green-Eyed Cowboy".[11]
In his original appearance on Animator vs. Animation 4, The Second Coming is shown to be taller than the Fighting Stick Figures due to his massive ring-shaped head. His body was slightly shrunk down in later appearances to match the height of the Fighting Stick Figures.
The shape of his head is different from the Fighting Stick Figures, due to it being personally created by Alan as compared to the other Fighting Stick Figures, which were generated by a stick figure website.
As shown in "Color Confusion", The Second Coming's head being hollow allows his body to support its weight, and will become too heavy to support if filled in.
Though The Second Coming prefers to sleep rather than play music, when he does play, he's exceptionally good—prominent examples are shown in "Note Block Battle" and "The Warden".
The Second Coming remained as a stick figure for the longest time in "The Witch".
He, along with Green and Purple are the only stick figures with a "voice". However the only instances of The Second Coming's "voice" were speaking through text in Flash, snoring, and whistling, while Green and Purple's voices were musical because they were talking in the Note Block Universe.
As of "Music Lesson", Green has been shown with the ability to sing outside of the Note Block Universe.
For some reason, The Second Coming uses correct capitalization in his speech-text in "The Virus", despite not doing so in Animator vs. Animation 4. His use of punctuation remains consistent, however, with him only using it for contractions, emphasis, and questions.
In Animation vs. Physics, it was confirmed he weighs 50 kilograms, can reach a top speed of 10m/s or 22.3694 mph, and is shown to be roughly 1.8 meters tall, or 5′11″.
However, this is inconsistent with the Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts, with The Second Coming being 2.5 blocks, or 2.5 meters tall (which is 8′2″), so it's unknown what his actual height and speed are as they change to fit the animation.
According to Alan Becker, all five of the Stick Gang members are believed to be around the age group of 10 to 13, claiming they are "very smart children".[12]
This age goes off of their date of creation, their actual ages are up for debate by fans.
In "The Ultimate Weapon," The Second Coming is shown to be 1.89 megabytes.
When Alan was drawing the 7th frame of the animation The Second Coming resided in, he came alive.
The Second Coming is the only member of the Stick Gang who hasn't died.
In “The Box”, The Second Coming while in the box where he draws a flying eel, in the scene where the eel emits lightning, you can look closely and see little green lightning coming out from The Second Coming, thus it shows that his energy went to the flying eel.
The Second Coming is the only stick figure Alan had made to not be in a normal stance position, as his first position resembles him running.
Usually, The Second Coming is the shortest stick figure in every video he appears in, this all changes when Ballista had debuted, as he is shorter than The Second Coming.
The Second Coming's awakened dormant powers is possibly a psychological version of himself, as seen in "The Showdown," after defeating The Dark Lord and reviving his friends and reprinting noogai3's cursor, and passing out. He is then shown confused as how they are alive.
It is theorized that The Second Coming is somehow connected to Newgrounds, due to having the Green Life Particles escorted through its realm, which looks exactly like his green particles when his powers awaken.
The Second Coming is the only artificial stick figure who wasn't physically shown converted into a symbol.
Its possible that he still hasn't been converted into one.
Which could be connected to the possible fact that Alan did NOT name Orange "The Second Coming" at all, as shown when Alan was scrolling through the Task Manager looking for Orange's program to End Task, hinting at the possible fact that he did not give him his current name, hence Alan calling him "stick figure".
The Second Coming can do many things and can be attacked by anything/anyone that would hint at the fact that he isn't any ordinary stick figure (him having powers). This has been shown a few times, such as The Dark Lord stabbing him with his vira-blade, and TSC won't die completely. and King Orange blasting TSC with his overpowered staff, and it takes TSC quite a bit to be blasted away. and TSC using his pencil to draw an eel, which shows his green energy.
The Second Coming (along with the rest of the Stick Gang and Purple) are in the game Animation VERSUS.
