The Musketeers are a trio of villagers from Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts, appearing prominently in Titan Ravager and The Raid. Each Musketeer has a different profession—farmer, shepherd, and fisherman—and together they stand out for their courage and loyalty, distinguishing themselves from typical villagers.
The Musketeers look like regular Minecraft villagers with their respective job-specific outfits. They are often seen wearing musketeer hats, gifted by Yellow—an intentional reference to The Three Musketeers.
Unlike most villagers, who tend to flee from danger, the Musketeers are defined by their bravery and willingness to protect their village. When Blue offered swords to the villagers during The Raid, these three were the only ones who stayed to fight. Despite having humble beginnings as a farmer, shepherd, and fisherman, they quickly adapted to battle, showcasing not only courage but also determination.
Their teamwork is another standout trait—they are often seen working and training together. From helping build food launchers to fighting off raids, the Musketeers operate as a unit. Even in the face of overwhelming odds, such as when confronted by powerful Illagers or sucked into a black hole, they remain loyal to the stick figures and their cause.
Combat Training: Though originally civilians, the Musketeers train with Blue to become competent fighters. They demonstrate sword proficiency and teamwork in battle.
Potion Buffs: During The Raid, Yellow grants them temporary buffs—Strength II, Speed II, and Resistance II—making them significantly more effective in combat against Illagers.
Team Coordination: The trio excels in coordinated efforts. They assist in constructing food-based machinery during Titan Ravager, practice fighting techniques, and hold formation even during intense situations like black holes or raids.
Resilience: In The King, they try to resist the gravitational pull of the black hole by anchoring themselves with their swords—an act of sheer will. Though absorbed, they are later resurrected by The Second Coming.
