About Primal
Primal is one of the four mercenaries that works for victim and Rocket Corp. in Animator vs. Animation Season 3.
Appearance
Primal is a sentient caveman drawing and can shapeshift. His base form is a chocolate-brown painted stick figure with a solid head, and broad shoulders and hips. His surface is roughly granulated, resembling a pencil drawing. The edges of his body are fuzzy and flicker constantly. He has stubby feet and even blurry hands with fingers, which can be seen up close.
He possesses a second stronger form where he becomes much more muscular, and swirling spirals appear above his back and shoulders. In this form he runs on all fours like a gorilla.
Personality
Due to lack of screentime, it is difficult to say what Primal's personality is.
History
Animator vs. Animation Season 3
Wanted - Animator vs. Animation 9
Primal, along with his mercenary allies chase The Chosen One in a city in the Outernet, following him up until they make it towards the spot The Showdown took place. The Chosen One creates a cumulonimbus cloud, powering down Ballista, Primal and Hazard's airborne vehicles.
The Chosen One escapes to ALANSPC, and returns to the Outernet with The Second Coming, the mercenaries spot The Chosen One flying down to the woods, they land in a field to search for him. The mercenaries spot The Second Coming and draw their weapons at him, they quickly suspect The Second Coming was helping The Chosen One and open fire.
The Chosen One helps The Second Coming, but The Chosen One is shot by the mercenaries' guns and becomes paralysed, leaving The Second Coming to fend for himself. The Second Coming had already distracted Ballista, he walks up to The Chosen One but is stopped by an arrow shot by Primal.
Primal shoots three arrows at the same time at The Second Coming, he decides to rescue The Chosen One and draws a rhinoceros to shield The Second Coming and The Chosen One. Primal shoots arrows at the rhino and fights it while The Second Coming and The Chosen One are running away.
Primal had finally defeated the rhinoceros, the mercenaries surround The Second Coming but is stopped by Agent.
The Chosen One recovers from his paralysis, blasting the three mercenaries away from him, Agent pauses The Chosen One and the four mercenaries retreat, having successfully captured The Chosen One.
The mercenaries return to the headquarters of Rocket Corp., they head into an elevator that leads to an office, they meet up with their boss, victim and inform him that The Chosen One was captured.
The Box - Animator vs. Animation 10
Primal, along with the other mercenaries, escort victim to the Box room where The Chosen One was being held captive. Then he, Ballista, and Hazard take up positions behind Agent, where they watch victim first fight, then interrogate The Chosen One. They witness the video of TCO's memories which showed The Second Coming blasting The Dark Lord with his lasers, as well as Yellow's involvement in bringing the Cursor to the Outernet. Then the mercs follow victim on a walk through the facility as the wanted posters for Yellow are being printed. Then they spot the Fighting Stick Figures through a security camera, just climbing out of one of the company's trucks.

Trivia
Primal is the tallest stick figure seen in any Alan Becker videos thus far.
The Backrooms Entity may be an exception, if counted.
He appears to be based off of stickmen from ancient cave murals.
Unlike the other three mercenaries, Primal doesn't hunt with high-tech guns. He instead uses traditional weapons like spears or bow and arrows.
Despite this, he flies around with a futurized looking motorbike.
He is the only mercenary whose colour scheme isn't grayscale (he's brown).
He is also the only stick figure at Rocket Corp. to not have a grayscale colour scheme.
He is the only stick figure at Rocket Corp. as well to not have a futuristic design.
Primal has received several other fan names, such as "Hunter" and "Cavestick".
In some AVG Polls, Primal has been called "Merc (Cave Drawing)".
Primal's footsteps always sound like he's walking on earth.
Primal is technically the only stick figure with fingers. When angered, he gets bigger and grows fingers.
Primal is the only mercenary who has feet rather than stubs.
Several fanbase arts depicted Primal as female, despite being canonized as male like many of his colleagues.
